I watched it on CNN;
I wasn’t that liberal.

When they locked up the Muslims,
I did not care;
Religion never interested me.

When they came for the Mexicans,
I did not speak out;
I was born in America.

When they came for the Pundits,
I remained silent;
I wasn’t ever that angry.

When they came for me,
there was no one left to speak out.
