Site Visit

Tomorrow I´m heading out to the beautiful Department of Leon to visit a PCV (peace corps volunteer).  I will be observing the daily routines and activites and generally getting the jist of what volunteer life is like.  I should have the time to crank out all of those letters people are expecting so look out for those in a few weeks!  Thanks again for the comments people and I do read them all and they are so appreciated!  I should have alot to say when I return in a few days so keep posted!

    Thanks again for the update. I ‘ll be anxious to hear about the visit and especially what your next stage will be like. I’ll take a look at the map to see what the Department of Leon is like. It’s amazing how little there is on the internet regarding the Departments in Nicaragua. But, you know I’ll do a thorough search.
    I haven’t gotten your letter yet, but I will be sure to let you know when I do. Let me know when you get the packages I sent. You should be receiving three in the next week or two, I hope.

    Hey, Luciano!!! I drop by your blog a couple of times a week to see what’s shakin’ and what’s new in your life (isn’t everything at this point???). Enjoy reading them so much — you could be a foreign correspondent once your volunteer days are over! Got the official Peace Corps manual for those of us hooking up with you from here — am reading it to see all the right ways to stay in contact with you via snail mail.     Todd is with us now and trying to show us how to use this “blog” thing! Johnny and Monica are living with us in the apartment, with Sean and new baby Gianna until the house is ready, hopefully in about a week. Not the whole house but, our bedroom and bath and we’ll eat together until our kitchen is ready. Love reading about your adventures and all the interesting things you are doing.

    Hi Lou! We just got back from Disney World- I don’t know who had more fun..Paul or Payton (ok-Paul!). It’s taken me a while to figure out this blog thing myself! We are all very proud of you. I have been reading these books by the psychic Sylvie Browne who talks about the afterlife and how we come to earth to learn and perfect our souls and I was thinking what a great soul you must have to be doing what you’re doing.
