Ooooops:

Appearing on ABC’s This Week, the Ohio Republican was asked what to describe the GOP plan to dealing with greenhouse gas emissions, “which every major scientific organization said is contributing to climate change.”

Boehner replied: “The idea that carbon dioxide is a carcinogen that is harmful to our environment is almost comical. Every time we exhale, we exhale carbon dioxide. Every cow in the world, you know when they do what they do you’ve got more carbon dioxide.”

Full Transcript:

STEPHANOPOULOS: Let me ask you then about energy. We showed your statement on the president’s decision through the EPA to regulate greenhouse gases. Also, you’ve come out against the president’s proposal to cap-and-trade carbon emissions.

So what is the Republican answer to climate change? Is it a problem? Do you have a plan to address it?

BOEHNER: George, we believe that our — all of the above energy strategy from last year continues to be the right approach on energy. That we ought to make sure that we have new sources of energy, green energy, but we need nuclear energy, we need other types of alternatives, and, yes, we need American-made oil and gas.

STEPHANOPOULOS: But that doesn’t do anything when it comes to emissions, sir.

BOEHNER: When it comes to the issue of climate change, George, it’s pretty clear that if we don’t work with other industrialized nations around the world, what’s going to happen is that we’re going to ship millions of American jobs overseas. We have to deal with this in a responsible way.

STEPHANOPOULOS: So what is the responsible way? That’s my question. What is the Republican plan to deal with carbon emissions, which every major scientific organization has said is contributing to climate change?

BOEHNER: George, the idea that carbon dioxide is a carcinogen that is harmful to our environment is almost comical. Every time we exhale, we exhale carbon dioxide. Every cow in the world, you know, when they do what they do, you’ve got more carbon dioxide. And so I think it’s clear…

STEPHANOPOULOS: So you don’t believe that greenhouse gases are a problem in creating climate change?

BOEHNER: … we’ve had climate change over the last 100 years — listen, it’s clear we’ve had change in our climate. The question is how much does man have to do with it, and what is the proper way to deal with this? We can’t do it alone as one nation. If we got India, China and other industrialized countries not working with us, all we’re going to do is ship millions of American jobs overseas.

My brain, it hurts!!!! How can people be this completely clueless? Do they live under a rock there whole lives, only surfacing to say something that they believe is intelligent? At least the pharmaceutical companies will be get a little more money from me when I buy some Tylenol to cure this headache….

The undeniable, scientifically provable fact is that the only constant in the climate of the Earth is CHANGE. Greenland, which is now covered with ice, was quite recently a vineyard. A little while back (by geologic time) a good chunk of North America was under a glacier. Change is the way the climate of Planet Earth works.

So, why the sudden elevation of the Earth Religion to world prominence? Simple – it’s all about the taxes.

What taxes, you might ask? Carbon Credits, my friend, Carbon Credits.

With the First World turning away from fossil fuels, the idea of generating revenue through the marketing of fossil fuels is a dying prospect. And so, with a first world using electric, solar and wind power, how will the Illuminati replace the income they’ve previously made from oil..? By charging you to BREATHE, by charging you to live.

As anyone knows, and as is easily proven, carbon is not some deadly poison, it is one of the four essential elements required for life. And so being, it matters not your color, religion, culture or area of origin – you breathe, and you may be taxed for it.

Don’t believe me? Check out: http://www.carbonfund.org It is not the law yet, but the groundwork is being laid. If you like, you can be an early adopter, and just go ahead and voluntarily turn over part of your income for the glory of breathing.

So, where does that money go??? Check this out: JP Morgan Chase !!! Yes, that’s right, directly to the international banking cartel that just raped the economy of the world!!! GREAT, RIGHT!?!?!?

    Ouch!
He really doesn’t deserve his paycheque!
They really should revoke his membership in the moron’s

Well, the economy is a wreck, and all Congress wants to do it fix a non-existent problem with a solution that won’t work and will cost every American thousands of dollars. Our businesses have enough problem competing with China without having to pay 15 cents per kilowatt hour when they pay 3 cents per kilowatt hour.
Morons. At least he knows that we have 50 states instead of 57.

Since 2000, atmospheric carbon dioxide has increased 18.4% of the increase from 1800 to 2000. According to the average of the five reporting agencies, the trend of average global temperatures since 1998 shows no increase and since 2002 the trend shows a DECREASE of 0.8 C/century. Many Climate Scientists are completely unaware of some relevant science and understand other relevant science poorly (it’s not in their curriculum). The missing science proves that added atmospheric carbon dioxide has no significant influence on average global temperature. See my posts at http://www.spectator.co.uk/coffeehouse/3498631/questions-for-the-climate-change-brigade-to-answer.thtml for the proof.

As the atmospheric carbon dioxide level continues to increase and the average global temperature doesn’t it is becoming more and more apparent that many climate scientists have made an egregious mistake and a whole lot of people have been mislead. I wonder how wide the spread will need to get for the Climate Science Community to accept that they have missed something. Any action that is taken to reduce human produced carbon dioxide to reduce global warming is a mistake and puts freedom and prosperity at risk. Increased efficiency, reduced waste and reduced energy imports increase prosperity and security.

We need to vote out all democrats in 2010. We need a conservative Congress to render this “marxist” Obama nuetered. If we don’t, there’s little Rep. Boehner or his colleagues will be able to do to stop the ruination of our country.

Carbon dioxide is emited by human and animals while breathing during exhalations. It is not the gas emited from the other end (rectum). Try methane gas.
There is NO evidence of global warning, only COOLING
