The man lands more earmarks for his state per capita than any other man in the Senate. This guy feeds off the federal government and throws a hissy-fit anytime someone tries to cut some pork that was headed his way or exposes one of his many questionable ties to lobbyists. Even West Virginians who hate most of his political views still vote for him because he can pretty much take what he wants from the federal government and funnel it to West Virginia.
