I believe the graphic there has a few too many zeroes.
You can’t possibly tell me these people claimed over a billion on their taxes each.
I do believe Romney is only paying 13.9%
percentages twist the truth. They might pay 15% but that equates to a much larger figure than the 28% of the doctor. In fact I’m sure if we took the taxes of the 1% and actually looked at the numerical value compared to that of the 99% we would see that, it would be squewed to the 1%, even with all the loopholes. People need to actually understand maths and how it works before presenting stuff like this.
P.s. before anyone accuses me of being a 1% I earn £18,000 per year. So I’m far from it.
That’s obvious. Rich people can pay A LOT more.
